Hazel Lancashire Named Our New MD For APAC Region
We’re delighted to announce that Hazel Lancashire is being promoted to Managing Director APAC.
Effective 1st April, Hazel Lancashire will be responsible for our business across 14 countries throughout APAC. This follows five years as our Regional Senior Operations Director, during which time she successfully managed offshore and remote teams, providing strategic direction and best-in-class client service delivery programmes for over 20 clients.
Having held senior global and regional roles in both in-house and outsource environments over the past two decades, Hazel joined Resource Solutions in 2015 as Operations Director, managing the RPO and MSP programmes for a multinational investment bank and financial services client. In 2017, Hazel was promoted to Regional Operations Director for Resource Solutions APAC, overseeing client delivery in the region and also playing a pivotal role in the development and launch of our offering in India, including the setup, growth and oversight of our Hyderabad and Manila Global Service Centres (GSCs). Now, we’re thrilled that Hazel has taken on the role of MD across the APAC region.
