Resource Solutions partners with ecap to support growth plans in the Middle East

Resource Solutions announces a partnership with human capital advisory business, ecap to support the recruitment outsourcing provider’s continued growth in the MENA region.

The strategic partnership with ecap will complement Resource Solutions RPO and MSP capabilities leveraging ecap’ s candidate assessment tools focused on emotional intelligence, values and behaviours.  In addition, ecap’ s research capability will allow Resource Solutions’ clients access to regional, industry intelligence as part of Resource Solutions overall recruitment offering.  

Resource Solutions is a part of the Robert Walters Group of companies which was first established in the Middle East in 2013, focusing on recruiting professionals into Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Robert Walters and Resource Solutions are set to open new offices in Abu Dhabi and Qatar respectively later this year.
