Highlights from the spectacular Workforce Consultancy Summer Townhall event
Last month we had the pleasure of hosting and connecting with our amazing Workforce Consultancy consultants! It was our first in-person Consultant’s Club townhall event, held at our Covent Garden offices, overlooking the stunning City of London. And of course, the delicious BBQ and refreshing drinks added to the summer vibes on our terrace!
We’ve received some lovely feedback from some of the guests, commenting "Great to get a better overview of the company", "Excellent opportunity to meet people", "Looking forward to more of these events", "Very informative."
As we celebrated the outstanding work and achievements of our consultants over the past year, the atmosphere was filled with energy and excitement. The event gave everyone the chance to socialise and network, and our Resource Solutions leaders, guest speakers and Workforce Consultancy team presented a variety of business updates and shared their industry insights and experience.
We’re delighted that the presentations around our ESG initiatives given by Coral Bamgboye and Chelsea Slater, CEO and Founder of InnovateHer emerged as the top-ranked favourite topic. And as a result, there’s been a great deal of interest from our consultants in getting involved in many of our charitable initiatives, particularly around ways to support our new social enterprise partner, InnovateHer.
Undoubtedly, the highlight of the event was our awards ceremony and we took this opportunity to acknowledge and applaud our consultants' exceptional contributions. Enormous congratulations to Monika Stefanikova, crowned Consultant of the Quarter, and Gill Edwards, who received the Living our Values award, nominated by our clients, for embodying our value of Dedication.
We are immensely grateful to everyone who attended and made this event such a tremendous success. A special shoutout to Chelsea Slater from InnovateHer for joining us and emphasising the importance of building a diverse talent pipeline and changing the gender bias in the tech industry. And our thanks to Kristen Buckheit, EMEA Managing Director, and Jessica Holt, Global Head of Workforce Consultancy, for sharing their insights and inspiring us with their vision for the future.
