At Resource Solutions, we understand how important it is for our clients to be able to visualise and analyse the success of our implemented recruitment solutions. To ensure that all of our clients have the opportunity to fully appreciate the extent of our recruitment strategies, we provide comprehensive Management Information (MI). This reports the capabilities of all our MSP and RPO solutions.

We know that the key stakeholders of our clients require timely and relevant information to assist them in monitoring performance against service level agreements (SLAs). Resource Solutions supports this process by reporting headcount and spend, from high-level summaries to detailed ‘drill-down’ analysis. This offers transparency in regard to the recruitment support that we offer our clients, and in turn, greatly contributes to effective decision making amongst stakeholders.

Configuration and Implementation

During the initial stages of implementation, Resource Solutions will work closely with clients to develop a checklist of all reporting that is required. This approach results in the delivery of accurate and relevant information, ultimately facilitating complete visibility of the recruitment process.

We understand the critical business requirements needed for expert MI reporting, particularly when clients have permanent or temporary workforces across many businesses and geographic locations.

This is why Resource Solutions produce bespoke, consolidated management information. Our monthly reports are presented in the form of a dashboard, aligned to the KPIs and SLAs agreed with our clients.

Resource Solutions can provide both our own proprietary ATS and VMS technology talentsource to facilitate this reporting, or utilise third party technologies chosen by our clients.
