Resource Solutions has partnered with a UK-based insurer, providing a temporary MSP service with an on-site team of three in London, supporting both their London and Chelmsford sites. We recruit for all contractor roles including IT and Business Change, Executive roles and Operational and Support staff.

The Challenges

Prior to our service, their recruitment was managed by their internal HR, using a paper-based process which required COO sign-off weekly. Candidates were primarily delivered via agencies with inconsistent contractor mark ups. Due to existing supplier relationships, which were critical for niche technical requirements, there was a need to retain all of the existing supply chain, whilst improving commercial value.
