Healthcare client meets unprecedented labour demand during coronavirus pademic
The challenge
At the height of the Covid-19 crisis, one of our healthcare clients urgently needed to recruit and onboard thousands of people to fill various roles – from healthcare professionals to administrative support staff. The surge in demand was unprecedented, with temporary field hospitals being built in record time, and huge increases in phone enquiries to medical helplines.
Our solution
We delivered two large-scale hiring projects to meet demand, each deployed within 48 hours. We briefed and mobilised a large team of recruitment professionals and delivered:
