About the Role:

• Download and review submission documentation and prepare action plans
• Coordinate, develop and compile submissions, including EOI’s, RFQ’s and RFT’s
• Ensure all submissions are accurate and compliant
• Liaise with departments across the business to obtain and collate information
• Develop submission timelines and set required meetings
• Ensure all identified strategy items are included in submissions
• Ensure all proposals are formatted and comply with company brand guidelines, client requirements and follow internal quality guidelines
• Confidently and clearly communicate with internal and external clients
• Responsibility for ensuring all PSA client obligations have been fulfilled by the acting recruitment consultant for all new placements made
• Liaison with account managers and other senior staff about the level of compliance by consultants
• Checking of rates as per internal consultant processing with reference to specific preferred supplier agreements in place
• Maintain a register of all PSA agreements and update the CRM
• Ensuring revenue recognition requirements met for all permanent placements
• Adhoc administrative tasks

Who you are:

• Ability to deal with a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects/tasks at a time
• Previous experience of 2-3 years within large volume-based service organizations
• Previous Reporting and administration experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills given the ongoing working relationships with various areas of the business
• Broad-based database and systems experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Dynamic, proactive, team player, who is seeking a new challenge, will show initiative and attention to detail when required and can ensure the ongoing meeting of internal and external
client expectation
