We’re continuing to build our momentum into 2022 with the appointment of Serena Pook as our new Global Head of Talent Acquisition. 

Serena has enjoyed a glittering 14-year career at the Robert Walters Group. Having worked her way up from a junior recruiter on the Secretarial Support desk to manage a successful division and spearheading key client accounts, her potential was recognised and she was asked to develop the Robert Walters agency’s internal recruitment (Talent Acquisition) function. Her outstanding performance saw her asked to take on a similar Talent Acquisition role at Resource Solutions, leading and shaping the UK & EMEA hiring. 

Serena has since become a well-respected partner to our client. More recently, she has played a critical role in managing and supporting the successful launch of Rejoin, our return-to-work programme, all while expanding her remit to our US and APAC regions.
