Resource Solutions’ Inclusivity Audit recognised at TIARA Awards 2022

Resource Solutions is delighted to be a finalist at The Firm Awards 2022, which celebrate the very best of in-house recruitment excellence, innovation and best practice.

Our Recruitment Inclusivity Audit – which examines the impact on underrepresented candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process – has been nominated for Innovation of the Year. This category recognises exceptional and outstanding innovation in any aspect of the recruitment life cycle within a single organisation or team.

We are thrilled that our Innovation team have received this recognition, as they have developed an industry-leading audit founded upon academic and best-in-class industry findings to identify bias within an organisation’s recruitment processes. Our comprehensive audit spans seven Diversity & Inclusion lenses – age, ethnicity, disability and neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, age, socio-economic background, and faith  – across 12 stages of the candidate journey.

We apply the findings of over 100 respected academic research papers and studies to unearth the hidden biases that may be embedded in an organisation’s recruitment processes. In order to enable organisations to action meaningful change, we provide an immediate to-do list with recommendations for minimising bias, wherever they are on their diverse hiring journey.
