We have been named finalists in two categories in Europe’s most widely respected ED&I awards, the European Diversity Awards.

Launched in 2010, the European Diversity Awards are now firmly established as the continent’s most prestigious diversity event, celebrating individuals and organisations whose outstanding leadership has made a genuine difference to the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda.

The ‘Diversity Champion of the Year’ category recognises the outstanding work of individuals who have championed equality, diversity and inclusion in their organisations, and is open to senior leaders from the corporate and public sectors from across Europe.

Jo Campos, our Head of Global Service Centres – EMEA, has been nominated for this award for her overarching commitment to ED&I at Resource Solutions. This includes her championing of a new menopause policy for the Robert Walters Group; leading internal ‘Cultural Conversation’ sessions exploring men’s mental health, ‘the new normal’ post-pandemic, and disability in the workplace; and hosting a podcast with NHS GPs exploring women’s health taboos.

The ‘Supplier Diversity Programme’ celebrates the work of organisations driving forward the supplier diversity and inclusion agenda in Europe through programmes that specially encourage the participation of minority owned businesses in corporate supply chains.

Our Head of Partnerships, John Fallon, was nominated in this category for driving our industry leading strategic partnerships framework, which balances our recruitment services procurement towards both PLCs and a panel of carefully selected businesses that are minority owned and/or leading on the delivery of under-represented talent across Europe. This 50:50 split ensures our suppliers are either minority owned, or diverse in their make-up and challenged by Resource Solutions to focus on the advancement of an ED&I agenda.
