Resource Solutions Named Finalists for Best Recruitment Process Outsourcing Business
We have been named finalists in the Global Recruiter UK Awards 2021 for ‘Best Recruitment Process Outsourcing Business’.
Judged by a panel of recruitment industry professionals, the respected Global Recruiter UK Awards have enabled winners and shortlisted entries to attract new clients, new employees and market-leading candidates.
The ‘Best Recruitment Process Outsourcing Business category recognises value-adding relationships which enable clients to gain the best talent in the most effective and efficient way.
Drawing on a case study with our UK real estate client LandSec, we impressed the judges with insight into both pre-pandemic performance and how we adapted and worked within the challenging circumstances of Covid-19. The judges were also looking for evidence of a great client relationship; efficient processes to ensure seamless recruitment and on-boarding; and the overall impact of RPO in terms of supplying the required talent for the client.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on 14th October 2021.
