Resource Solutions’ Inclusivity Audit recognised at TIARA Awards 2022

Resource Solutions is delighted to announce that we’ve won the Women Back to Work DE&I prize at the TIARA US Talent Solution Awards 2022 for our Recruitment Inclusivity Audit. This category recognises employers who demonstrate a clear impact against a progressive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda. The judges praised our audit – which examine the ways in which underrepresented candidates are affected throughout every stage of the recruitment process – and described it as a “genuine game-changer” and “an important tool in helping employers drive more effective DE&I.”

Developed by our in-house Innovation team, the audit provides two simple but vital functions that we believe make it unlike anything else on the market: holding up a mirror to a client’s recruitment process, and offering recommendations for eliminating hidden bias and strengthening the client’s DE&I agenda. Our diverse hiring specialists take an in-depth look at an organisation’s recruitment practices, spanning eight Diversity & Inclusion lenses – age, ethnicity, disability and neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, age, socio-economic background, faith and veterans – across 12 stages of the candidate journey. In order to enable organisations to enact meaningful change, we provide an immediate to-do list with recommendations for minimising bias, wherever they are on their diverse hiring journey.

The Consultancy Practice at Resource Solutions comprises Practice Leads who individually own specialisms including (but not limited to) Diverse Hiring, Digital Transformation, Data and Intelligence, and Brand and Experience.. The function works in partnership with our Account teams and clients to ensure we are continuously developing by questioning the ways we recruit talent – both for our clients, and for ourselves. Our experienced Practitioners not only hold a mirror to the status quo, they provide pioneering answers to one of the biggest challenges, and opportunities, facing HR today – Inclusivity.
