Resource Solutions' Inclusivity Audit recognised at TIARA Awards 2022
Resource Solutions is thrilled to be shortlisted for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion category at the TIARA US Talent Solution Awards 2022. These awards celebrate the RPO/MSP sector’s crowning achievements, and this nomination is a wonderful achievement for our in-house Innovation team, who have developed our advanced Inclusivity Audit to examine the impact on underrepresented candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
This award recognises employers who demonstrate a clear impact against a progressive Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) agenda – whether helping an employer take their first steps or reach new levels of inclusion. Our inclusivity audit takes an in-depth look at an organisation’s recruitment practices, spanning eight Diversity & Inclusion lenses – age, ethnicity, disability and neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, age, socio-economic background, faith and veterans – across 12 stages of the candidate journey.
We apply the findings of over 100 respected academic research papers and studies to unearth the hidden biases that may be embedded in an organisation’s recruitment processes. In order to enable organisations to action meaningful change, we provide an immediate to-do list with recommendations for minimising bias, wherever they are on their diverse hiring journey.
