Resource Solutions awarded a position on new ESPO Strategic HR Services Framework (3S)

Resource Solutions’ Inclusivity Audit recognised at TIARA Awards 2022

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been awarded a position on the new ESPO Strategic HR Services framework (3S) for HR Business Process Outsourcing.

Being part of the framework means we can now deliver our recruitment outsourcing services to public sector customers through Lot 7a – Recruitment Process Outsourcing and our award-winning suite of consultancy services through the new Lot 7g – HR Consultancy. 

As an approved supplier with a proven and successful track record of delivering strategic HR and recruitment services, the framework enables customers to partner with us in our recruitment outsourcing arrangements or HR Consultancy, quickly and simply.

Lot 7a – Recruitment Process Outsourcing will enable customers to engage with our full suite of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services, covering the full end-to-end permanent recruitment journey, this includes our Full, Modular and Project RPO services.  

Resource Solutions’ RPO solutions are designed to meet the bespoke needs of our clients and provide support and expertise at every stage of the talent acquisition lifecycle.

The new Lot 7g – HR Consultancy is for customers seeking a range of expert advice, support, and provision of service in relation to HR consultancy. Our HR Consultancy Practice is a recognised leader in HR optimisation, future of work, responsible business and diverse hiring. Our HR Consultancy Services can be purchased by new and existing framework users in bite-sized modules or larger-scale advisory projects, blending best-in-class knowledge and expertise with affordability. In addition, all users of ESPO are entitled to a free HR Trends Thought Leadership session.

Alongside our RPO solutions, our Workforce Consultancy services give public sector clients access to more and new skills, but without the need to add permanent headcount. The Workforce Consultancy model provides graduates, job changers and skilled professionals with accredited training courses to enhance and develop their careers.

Our Employed Consultancy Model means skilled professionals are employed permanently by us and then deployed into assignments at client sites. The "recruit, train, deploy" model sees resources train through our academy prior to deployment into entry-level roles. We take complete responsibility for the resource – from admin tasks and compliance, to supporting the management of their performance, objectives, and development pathway – so all the organisation needs to do is manage their workload.
