Responsibilities:

You will be responsible in overseeing recruitment teams in multiple countries across the Asia Pacific region. As the Account Manager, your role will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services to our client.

• Building strong relationships and providing high levels of service with key stakeholders
• Ensuring recruitment delivery is consistently maintained to meet SLAs and KPIs through team engagement, succession planning & business continuity
• Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives designed to ensure we are evolving together with our client’s needs
• Ensure compliance of the hiring process and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) utilization, to generate meaningful reporting
• Identify and follow up opportunities to offer clients additional services

Who you are:

Proven track record in leading a sizeable Regional Asia Pacific team successfully in alignment to the job scope of this role. We’re looking for a leader that collaborates across all levels to deliver successfully as a team, with an affinity to interpret and leverage data, and a capability in balancing multiple priorities.
