Resource Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to work on-site with one of our most prestigious clients based in Stratford.
For many roles, stakeholder management skills are important. For this one, they’re critical.
Working as a hybrid / on-site recruiter, you’ll be completely responsible for the whole recruitment process but with a subtle difference: as well as taking care of applications through all the normal channels, you’ll also be managing third party vendors.
As the main link between agencies and the client’s hiring manager, your communication skills will be put to the test. You’ll be responsible for compliance and SLAs as well as coordinating internal moves and employee referrals.
This is a role that requires excellent stakeholder management and talent advisory skills.
What other desirable qualities do we need? You’ll be able to demonstrate previous direct recruitment experience, so you’ll be used to liaising with Human Resources and stakeholders in a global corporate environment.
To succeed in this role and in our company, you need to be a team player. We also look for people with the right attitude and an ability to communicate regularly with the client/vendors. A Financial Services recruitment background is preferred, but this isn’t a deal breaker.
