RPO scope evolution for a global pharmaceutical company
In 2017, our partnership with a well-known pharmaceutical client commenced in Hong Kong with one full-time employee (FTE) and an interim solution, delivered to Vietnam and the Philippines. Once we established a full RPO solution in Singapore, the RPO scope was extended to include Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and India. We now have a team of 46 dedicated employees working on this account.
Our extensive RPO scope evolution now includes dedicated headcount to deliver on strategic initiatives, from niche talent attraction, candidate experience and employer branding to diversity and inclusion, talent pooling and talent pipelining. We supported the development of a Finance Hub within their Shared Service Centre in Malaysia, covering 250 roles in 2020. We have teams focused on Early Career & Campus recruitment across Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines – hiring c.350 roles across all countries.
