Resource Solutions took home top honours in the 'Candidate Experience’ category at the RAD Awards 2020, for their partnership with client PayPal in the Philippines to create an innovative and engaging recruitment campaign.

Celebrating their 30th year in 2020, the RAD Awards champion the very best of recruitment communications - we celebrate talented people, innovative ideas and brave clients. The ‘Candidate Experience’ category highlights a well-planned, deliberately executed brand experience consistent across every stage of a defined journey, from initial attraction, to application, assessment and selection.

The judges were impressed with the strong and consistent branding which conveyed the “feeling” of the FinTech company while proving an effective and inclusive candidate experience.

Working with PayPal in Manila, Resource Solutions created a campaign to establish PayPal not just as an ‘Employer of Choice’ but also position them as a significant and ‘top-of-mind’ employer in the FinTech industry.

The 30th RAD Awards took place on 30th January 2020 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London and was attended by over 900 professionals from the recruitment, media and advertising industries.
