Kritee Gower Resource Solutions

Kritee Gower started her career with Resource Solutions in 2013. Kritee is currently an Operations Manager based in the UK, overseeing Resource Solutions' SME client portfolio across various industries including: Media, Entertainment, Law, Financial Services, and Professional Services.

We asked Kritee about her career journey and what it’s like working at Resource Solutions.

What attracted you to Resource Solutions?

I knew of Resource Solutions from its reputation in the industry - a professional, credible RPO provider with a reputable client base and part of the Robert Walters Group. I was always intrigued - so when I had the opportunity to join the company I jumped at the chance!

Tell us about your career progression path with the company.

It has been truly amazing and I am thankful that I took that leap of faith 3 years ago. After an initial 3-month period on the Implementation team the perfect opportunity presented itself to me within the Central Management Operations team. It was a maternity cover although I was determined to work hard and demonstrate my experience and ability - and it paid off and I was offered a permanent spot on the team! In the past 3 years I have been promoted twice and I am currently working on a strategy to add further value to our business.
Your client roster is very unique.

What do you like most about looking after clients from such varied industries?

I think I like exactly that - the variety that such a diverse portfolio brings. Particularly having such a strong background in the Financial Services industry it’s really nice to broaden my experience and my mind with client partners that have different drivers, company cultures and priorities.

What do you like most about the Resource Solutions company culture?

Resource Solutions is very much about the people and you get to work with some really credible individuals. I have a huge level of respect for my colleagues. We recognise each other’s strengths and we work as experts in our field. It’s a results driven culture with lots of laughs along the way!

What traits/skills/values do you need to be a successful on-site recruiter at Resource Solutions?

Having integrity in the way you do business and a passion for delivering quality is key. Being dedicated to sourcing the right talent for your client is important in any recruitment scenario but when you are embedded with the client you can really feel the impact of your work.
What is your favourite Resource Solutions memory to date?

Being nominated to attend a quarterly High Achievers incentive lunch with the CEO, MD EMEA and 9 other colleagues was definitely a highlight! During that lunch we learned that we had won a client tender. It was my first client presentation and the stakes were high, talk about a fist pump moment!

What advice do you have for anyone considering a role at Resource Solutions?

Resource Solutions is in a period of rapid growth that doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. We are diversifying our clients, expanding into new geographies and with this, comes new opportunities for career advancement. It’s a very genuine company - we work hard and play hard - come join us!
