We have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions, and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned Project Manager with knowledge and experience of regulatory deliverables within financial services. You will have experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments and will support on a number of regulatory projects within financial services.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience working on regulatory projects within financial services
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Waterfall and Agile/Scrum experience
• Previous experience using Jira
• Experience of Consumer duty and vulnerable customers hugely beneficial.

Qualifications:

• Professional qualification in project management, such as APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or another recognised practitioner level qualification e.g. PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile or Project Management Professional (PMP)
