We have an exciting new opportunity for a Delivery Manager to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

You will join a thriving team and act as the main point of escalation. You will be accountable for the effective delivery of complex, fast-paced products and services, drawing on extensive experience, throughout the entire product lifecycle.

This role will play a key part in the development of the department, the growth of their capability and the evolution of digital delivery skills across the wider organisation.

Key skills:

• You will have previous Financial Services experience.
• Experience in providing leadership, coaching and expertise in a full range of delivery skillsets, including Agile delivery methodologies, governance, DevOps and UCD practices.
• In depth knowledge of agile/lean delivery methods and multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of leading complex multi £M delivery initiatives.
