We have an exciting new opportunity for a Delivery Manager to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions, and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

The sucessful candidate will be accountable for the delivery of products and services. You will be working with one of our clients' small design squads through Discovery and Alpha to determine how we might improve the efficiency of either prudential or retail banking data collection. The team will be looking at how we might reduce the burden of data submission on firms, while increasing the quality and value of prudential data collected.

As a Delivery Manager you will:

• build and maintain motivated teams, making sure there is an iterative plan to work towards
• protect the team and make sure the team collaborates, communicates and focuses on what is most important
• coach team members and others, facilitate continuous improvement and apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques for their environment
• proactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles and get the best value against constraints
• potentially manage risks, budgets and people
• Focusing on the “how” of delivery
• Leading and agreeing ways of working
• Planning agile delivery and milestones on a roadmap to meet outcomes required by the business and others,
• Ensuring quality of the outputs of the team,
• Understanding internal and external dependencies that may affect delivery
• Addressing/escalating issues and blockers which will impact delivery
• Ensuring the team is set up to meet the needs of users and the business objectives – and that outputs are shared

The sucessful candidate will have previous experience within Financial Services or similar, regulated industries.
