The Technology Center of Excellence (CoE) supports Resource Solution’s global target operating model (TOM) that delivers our recruitment services from our global shared-service centers.
The Technology CoE has a dedicate Product team and Technology Business Partners who manage relationships with the business so that we can successfully manage new sales processes, budgets, implementations and continuous improvement across RS globally.
These roles also manage the support provided by Robert Walters Group T&T function in regards to the provision of IT infrastructure, hardware and inhouse systems including our legacy Talentsource recruitment technology.
Operate as the focal point for new and existing client sales activity including managing sales/solutions colleagues adherence to RS’s preferred TOM and the Connected tech stack
Take part in first phase sales introductory meetings with prospect clients demonstrating the benefits of the Connected tech stack
Work with RS marketing and bid teams to build engaging collateral to support RFP and RFI processes including writing RFP responses
Managing regional clients and designated multi-region clients to migrate to the global TOM
Support RS operations leadership in continuous improvement initiatives where technology is required
Act as technology workstream lead for designated new and existing client implementations
In collaboration with CTO and Technology Business Partner colleagues maintain the Tech CoE Microsoft Planner tool
Manage messaging with business on utilisation and prioritisation of Product team and Tech CoE resources - Learning to say yes but not today
Embed into senior operational and sales meetings to identify opportunities and resource requirements early in the process
Technology Business Partner(s) are also encouraged to own a product and be the number 2 on a product in our portfolio
Support senior stakeholders as their Technology representative within their EMEA & US SMT
Ensure key Technology processes are being adhered to within business function, providing support throughout the whole process. Ensure all business policies and standards related to client services, IT security and compliance are being met
Ensure key Technology processes are being run to expected SLA within RWG Technology and Transformation
Partner with the RS business and other RWG IT teams on new technology introduction projects to communicate, plan for and ensure the business is prepared to deploy and support the new solution
Act as an escalation and resolution point for service issues including RWG provided T&T infrastructure
Anticipate, identify and resolve technical problems, applying subject matter knowledge in complex, difficult or extreme time constrained situations
Communicate technical information, provide coaching and support to audiences at all levels of the organization
The successful candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment Technology
- Able to manage and communicate with senior stakeholders in business, be it internal or external stakeholders.
- Experience in a Business Partner role and has done programme delivery
