Our recruitment operations depend on data rigour. It supports our aims in servicing our clients. In this role, you’ll be providing the latest management information, including detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for internal stakeholders, including Human Resources. Naturally, you’ll have to make sure that the data is consistent and well presented. We’ve been talking a lot about data but let’s not underestimate the importance of building client relationships. You need to be able to answer questions from the business and our clients, so excellent communication is vital, as you’ll be called on to explain your findings in simple terms. Support effective client delivery through the provision of regular management information reports & operational service overviews on the key performance metrics of our client accounts.
Support the provision of global consolidated management information to senior stakeholders, analysing operational performance & highlighting trends to help the business make informed decisions.
Pivotal in the completion of value-adding BI project work as required by the business to support growth, development & automation in its functional & operational reporting.
We require :
*3 - 5 years experience in an MI Analyst or similar reporting role.
*Business related Degree (business management, economics, maths, finance).
*Demonstrable experience in using BI reporting & data visualisation tools (Tableau or Power BI).
*Knowledge of other Microsoft business intelligence tools such as Power Pivot & Power Query.
*Excellent communication skills in English (speak, write & read).
