Title: Power Platforms Specialist

Microsoft Environment Specialist

• Development of Canvas apps using PowerApps
• Knowledge of Power Query M, SQL, or VBA
• Development of Reports and Dashboards in Power BI
• Transform and report data in Power Query
• Develop and maintain internal SharePoint sites including Lists, libraries, and Pages.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows such as approval workflows, scheduled data archival, and audit/data integrity checks.
• Develop and maintain systems built integrating all parts of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI), Microsoft Lists, and SharePoint
• Solution design
• Participate and provide options during solution design of new applications/sites or application/site updates.
• Review and provide feedback on requirements documentation.
• Testing
• Provide initial testing of all developed applications and sites
• Support internal and user testing of new/upgraded applications and sites
• Experience and skills
• 3-5 years experience of working in a PowerApps-related role
• HR/Recruitment related experience an advantage but not essential
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
• Meticulous and has strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, able to deliver high-quality work independently.
• Flexible approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks within agreed timescales.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve objectives, team player approach.
