About the Role:

• Client and delivery focus – In summary, the Team Lead, is responsible for task management, people management, review of work, audits, compliance checks, reporting, weekly and monthly dashboards, allotment of daily activities, escalations if any, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment onboarding process and work closely with the case managers in making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of onboarding is fully always covered and under control. Responsibilities will include the following

• Managing a shared email inbox and managing the allocation of tasks
• Interview Scheduling for the recruitment team
• Support with job advert postings aligned with global templates
• Maintaining trackers and Dashboards, using this data to create reports when requested
• Maintaining accurate data records within recruitment/HR systems
• Administrative support for visa documentation where necessary
• Support with ad hoc projects or assistance when required

Requirements:

• Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow and enforce process
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence people
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with external teams
• Strong prioritization and time management skills to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task: executing requests, investigating queries, and reporting
• Ability to work in a team or as an individual to manage own workload confidently
