We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team! This role will require you to be onsite every 2 weeks.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will ensure that all administration procedures and processes are fully documented for the on-site team, and you will relieve the Account Lead of as much administration as possible and initiate improvements in systems and processes.

What you will be doing:

• Assist with the recruitment process and work closely with the Client in making sure all interviews are arranged in a timely manner.
• Screening of candidates
• Dealing with senior stakeholders to arrange Interviews for selected Candidates and keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Liaising with Candidates to arrange interviews
• Keeping candidates informed of the stages of the recruitment process
• Onboarding of employees
• Off-boarding of employees and ensuring Workday is up to date
• Producing reports from Workday
• Knowledge of different functional areas within the business
• Understanding and working with all SLAs pertaining to the role
