About the Role:
This role is to manage the Recruitment Desk across multiple sites that conducts all temporary/contract recruitment across all required client Business Functions.
Function & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop and deliver recruitment solutions to new clientele and drive new business revenues in Asia Pacific and other regions
- Lead the Sales Teams in pre-qualifying, contacting, and meeting new and potential client accounts to explore opportunities and also to work with existing clients for renewal and expansion of scope into new geographies
- Work with Marketing team to develop digital-first sales strategy to drive sales leads across APAC in line with the combined sales and marketing strategy
- Lead the team, with Bids and Commercial teams, to design and present solutions to clients
- Design and manage end to end RPO and MSP tenders from origination through to implementation
- Work with Marketing team to improve RS brand in the industry
- Participate in hosting various client events to promote interest and working relationships with Resource Solutions
Experience Needed:
- At least 10 years of sales experience within RPO and MSP environment
- Experience in running or operating with a strategic, digital marketing function that builds brand awareness and generate sales leads
- Extensive experience in sales management within recruitment and managed service sales environments
- Ability to understand and structure multi regional recruitment contracts
- Presales and presentation experience at Board level
- Proven leadership ability in driving delivery and financial performance
