The Recruitment Partner will be a vital player in ensuring that all parties - the client, our direct recruiters and external agencies - work together harmoniously towards a common purpose. You're the person that must foster the relationships that allow us to provide the best service and the right calibre of professional to our clients.
Working onsite or from one of our largest investment banking clients in APAC, you'll be responsible for the entire recruitment process, contacting candidates and dealing with offers. You'll also use your experience to devise tailored recruitment strategies that can access the best talent in the market.
You'll be our expert point of contact for back office recruitment with primary focus in operations, legal & compliance, guiding the client throughout the hiring cycle.
Not only will you need first-class banking resourcing skills and prior banking recruitment experience, excellent people skills are a must. You must be able to speak fluent Japanese and English. You'll be liaising with many internal and external stakeholders, including Human Resources. Collaboration and communication are key attributes to achieve desired outcomes.
