Resource Solutions are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our on-site team based in Singapore and to remotely manage the teams/accounts across the regions for a world leading electronics company. The Account Manager’s responsibility is to manage the efficient and effective running of the on-site Recruitment teams across Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia to drive exemplary service delivery and implement best practice processes.
- To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders
- Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for the Client.
- To manage team effectively, encouraging focus on delivery and results
- Ensure meaningful MI information and reporting is produced that measures and reflects the value Resource Solutions adds to the client
- Identify and follow up opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Resource Solutions services
Preferred Skills and experience:
Previous experience managing a team, ideally across different APAC regions
- Service driven approach and proven experience in introducing operational governance and continuous improvements
- Knowledge of managing P&L/budget is preferred
