Resource Solutions is looking for a Transition Management Consultant to work alongside the Implementation team and act as a representative of Operations in the implementation and transition of new clients or enhancements to existing services. The Transition Management team are responsible for ensuring the representation and sign off of operational considerations made during the implementation and ensuring the smooth transition of our service from implementation to BAU.
Provide support to Transition Management Manager for large enterprise accounts or lead on SME implementation as per the below activities:
► Workstream owner for People related activities within Implementation plan for new clients included but not limited to below:
- Provide input into determining immediate and long-term training requirements.
- Manage any interim (temp) resources that may be placed with the client whilst the service is being implemented or before suitable management resource is in situ.
- Working in partnership with process & training leads to deliver training modules.
► Support Process and Training owner to document and map service processes. Act as a reviewer of the processes for the service.
► Drafting of services schedules and review of the contractual elements as required by the Operational Lead
► Manage the transition of services using structured methodology, document project tasks, milestones, timescales and resource required for parallel running of services
► Acts as the interim operational owner for the implementation of a new or existing service. I.e. Post sales handover through to service go-live and BAU.
► Owner of parallel running of services
► Run and attend weekly transition of services meetings
► Understand Work in Progress for each client service or function and how to transition to new services.
► Review of services against contractual obligations highlighting Operational Risk, Opportunities, and identifying any key gaps.
► Conduit between Client Stakeholders and Account Director/s to ensure on-going engagement and input during the implementation of services.
► Provide operational support to the Account Director or Team Manager/s during implementation/transition of services to a new model.
► Deliver weekly update reports to Project Manager and PMO. Identify any risks or issues associated with transition of services.
► Chair update meetings with internal/client key stakeholders to report progress, highlight issues/risks etc. during implementation of services.
► Provide support to Internal Recruitment and Team Management to interview and establish new teams.
► Act as a point of support and escalation for the new account leader and onsite team post go-live.
► Provide onsite and offsite post go live storm support and management of the resource requirements
► Completion of service Review/transition handover document and sign of from Operations team
► Facilitation of lesson learnt and review session with Implementation team.
► Delivery of Transition Management training pre go live as well as weekly refreshers during month 1 post go live.
