Our Team Support will support our program management team in administrative tasks and coordination, working across time zones and countries. Responsibilities will include the following:
► Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
► Supporting team events with location and pricing research, bookings, etc
► Calendar management including booking/scheduling meetings and events, coordinating calendars for both internal and client facing appointments, etc
► Assist with organizing and completing expense reports.
► Overseeing online filing systems, documentation, and version control of team files.
► Helping prepare for meetings.
► Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
► Gain a strong understanding of the Resource Solutions Remit within the client and work as an active team player in the team in achieving objectives and exceeding expectations
► Ad hoc projects not limited to: marketing coordination, adhoc reporting, quality control
► Prepare accurate, fact-based reports that present findings in a clear, concise manner
► Strong analytical and critical thinking
► Strong organizational, planning and time management skills, able to deliver high quality work independently
► Flexible approach with the ability to manage multiple projects within agreed timescales
► Experience of preparing reports with a formal writing style preferred but not essential
► Meticulous attention to detail
► Excellent written and verbal communication skills
► Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve objectives, team player approach
► Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
► Ideally experience in travel bookings
