In terms of day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll take care of all the administration relating to the job cycle. This includes preparing all necessary documentation, helping with job ads, scheduling interviews, following up with successful candidates and sending out job offer acceptance letters. Stakeholder management skills are essential throughout the process. You’ll be working closely with our consultants and our client’s Human Resources teams, so you’ll need to be collaborative and be able to multitask. This is very much a team role for someone who is supremely well organised and can handle pressure. Every day is different and brings lots of variety. *To offer a candidate concierge service to support the Recruitment Partners in the end-to-end permanent recruitment process.
*Assist with recruitment process & work closely with the Recruitment Partners in making sure all procedures are followed & co-ordination of recruitment is fully covered & under control at all times.
*2-3 years experience in similar role.
* Service & delivery focused with very professional attitude.
* Excellent & professional written & verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Experience of working in a client/ customer care environment.
Please Note - this role is MENA hours with Sunday working.
