Rewarding career at Resource Solutions

Tanuj Rawal is a relationship manager based in India. We asked him to share why he chose to work for Resource Solutions and what sets us apart from other RPO companies.

Tell us a little about your role:

My current role is Relationship Manager on the Standard Chartered account in India. I have been with Resource Solutions for just over 6 months. I like that Resource Solutions has a clear vision for each account and we work together to ensure that our service is impactful, not transactional.

In my role, I work closely with client stakeholders to identify opportunities and mitigate obstacles to enable the smooth provision of our service. On a typical day, I might undertake service analytics and reporting, deal with an escalation, and conduct meetings with my team to keep them motivated.

How have you found remote working during Covid-19?

I really miss the people around me and the energy and inspiration from them. We do a lot of meetings via video calls, and Management has been supportive and focused on keeping employees engaged and connected.

What do you like about the Resource Solutions culture?

What is next for you?

I hope to expand my experience by taking on more projects after stabilising the account and look forward to being part of the local leadership team.
