About the Role:
The senior talent acquisition professional in IWM is a critical role responsible for attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top talent for private banking positions within the Asia and ME region. This position requires a deep understanding of the private banking industry, strong recruitment skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. The senior talent acquisition professional will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure the recruitment of high-calibre professionals who align with the organization's values and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and plans to meet the hiring needs of International Wealth Management division.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, Business Plans, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and building relationships with potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and search firms to leverage their expertise and resources. Manage the invoicing /payment to agencies 7. Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, conducting debrief sessions, and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including the completion of necessary paperwork and orientation programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field desirable.
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition within the private banking/wealth management is a must (min 12 years exp in recruiting with 5 years as end-to-end recruiter in Private banking/Wealth management).
- In-depth knowledge of private banking roles, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in sourcing and acquiring top talent for senior-level positions in private banking/ wealth management
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment techniques and interview methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Commercial mind set to structure comp proposals
