The Business Analyst will assist in the analysis work required in managing and developing/enhancing the systems supported by the team. The work will involve liaising with the Finance, Risk and Treasury & Capital Management (TCM) teams focusing mainly on system enhancements and development whilst maintaining proper documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Document) and IDD (Interface Design Documents).
Analysis and Solution Definition:
Rapidly understand the business objectives, issues and challenges.
Liaise with relevant teams to define and document business requirements,
functional specifications, business processes and recommendations related to
Communicate required changes to development team (in-house and vendor).
Where necessary, assist our stakeholders in the production of the business
requirement documents so that they can be understood by the wider team and
Work closely with the technical developers on the tools/projects to ensure the
requirements are interpreted correctly.
Ensure all analysis work and documentation is completed in time as per the
regular release cycles
Proactively identify any opportunities for enhancement
Assist in resolving and investigating any queries raised by our stakeholders
regarding the data quality or usability of the tool
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and escalate issues where

Undertake testing efforts and act as primary liaison between users and project
Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely
