About the Role:

The Trans – Tasman operations of Robert Walters cover 6 offices. The business is comprised of teams of specialist recruitment consultants and administrative staff who provide recruitment (permanent, contract and interim) and consultancy services to the Australian and NZ market, across all industry sectors – Accounting, Finance, Banking, Technology, Legal, Call Centre, Support & Administration, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources.

The primary focus for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is supporting the internal Talent Acquisition function of 3 consultants in sourcing and retaining talent for Robert Walters across its network of offices in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

• Support the ongoing development & maintenance of Talent Pools for Candidate Managers and Consultants via LinkedIn Recruiter, agency websites, and advertising responses.
• Providing administrative support to the TA function including:
• Scheduling phone screens and interviews and coordinating the availability of required parties.
• Posting job advertisements across various platforms including Seek, LinkedIn, and Robert Walters' website
• Posting roles on our internal communication channels
• Support with reference checks, interview coordination, and compliance activities
• Submitting required compliance documentation to support the hiring process.
• Attend the wider businesses TA regional and group TA meetings where required at the discretion of the Talent Acquisition Manager
• Assisting with the organization and promotion of candidate attraction events
